can someone tell me which kind of bars these are?

Im looking for these drop bars but there sort of like bull horns. any ideas?

My first guess is Nitto RB-021s, but the tape is kinda throwing it off for me.

Maybe Deda Crononero Lowriders?

It looks like the Nitto RB-021 they've got that shim (maybe not the correct term) in the middle and you can see the rise under the tape.

RB 021 doesn't come in black. Probably the dedas.

edit: unless of course they're using a black shim since 021s only come in a 26.0 clamp diameter.
