Crank is a sram omnium with an fsa chainring, and I'm not going to count teeth.
Fork is something with a 1-1/8 steerer as far as could be told it could be anywhere from a leader fork to 29er mtb suspension fork with a 12" front wheel.
And the tubes are presta with schrader adapters.
Rear wheel looks like a velocity aerohead laced to a formula hub or mavic CXP23 laced to an origin8 hub.
Not sure about the front wheel, so it will be anywhere from 12" to 700c.
Handlebar, don't know, will either be bull horns road drops, track drops, flat bar or riser.
Chain: KMC
Pedals clips and straps, I'm a clipless person so no idea.
Stem you already know, same with seatpost.
Saddle, don't know could be one of those horrid comfort bike saddles to a road saddle.

Holy crap, I just looked at the video and didn't even un-mute my laptop. The only component that he uses that I couldn't for sure tell you he is using the the clip/strap pedals, didn't care enough to watch close, I use clipless.
I will tell you that the front fork has a 44mm offset and that Leaders use, I believe, a 28-35mm offset.

I'm trying to come up with scenarios in which it is important to have a bike that is exactly like someone elses bike. Did he loan it to you and you lose it and you are trying to replace it without telling him? Are you trying to impersonate him in some grift? Are you an obsessed stalker trying to emulate everything about him? Really, what is it? Otherwise, what does it matter if you have a thompson stem and he has a cinelli one, etc? You could just look at different parts and do research and decide which ones you like the best for yourself.
By the way, please don't come here and ask "Which is the best stem?" or even worse, "What are all the parts I should buy for my bike?" either.
