A good place to post this also is classic & vintage
We occasionally get much appreciated visitors from there though.

Fresh Garbage
The closest I have come was when my friend asking me to buy his Paramount P15 track bike. I could(and would) have done it too if he asked me a couple years later If I ever see another one that size...

It's a P14. The P15 was the Paramount touring 15-speed geared road bike with a triple crankset.

I've heard that something has to be at least 20 years old to be considered "vintage"
that means anything pre 1995 is now "vintage". I can feel the time slipping through my fingers...

IMHO Scrodzilla may well have the vintage-iest track bike around here here with his beautiful, impeccably built old Raleigh.
I use a 94-95 Cinelli Pista as my daily rider - it does duty for everything from tarcking around, to commuting, to randoing. If one accepts the 20 yr rule - it just qualifies for vintage status.
My favorite bike shop had what i think was a 40's(?) skip-tooth Paramount hanging around for years til someone talked him into selling it to them last summer. It was as close to true bike pr0n as I have had actual physical contact with

I guess I was curious because there is a bike on CL that claims to be a 60' Atala Track bike -- It looks like it would be a really neat bike to own but I think i'd be afraid to break it or something.

classic about 20-25 yrs old
vintage anything older
antique even older like 45 yrs
Think this close to how cars are classified

Haha yeah man, that's as it sat, set up by previous owner. I'm 6'1" and the bike is a 58. the guy i bought it from said he's 6'4", thus the long ass seat post, and stem. Ugliest P.O.S. Origin 8 seat post too. Just hideous. luckily though, a nice Cinelli stem.
