It's over 100 F, I've no aircon and the Hillbrick's drive train is in pieces on the floor. No flightiness here ... besides, I was joining in the fun by having a shot at you lot

I use three lubes
Good geared bikes - Triflow. Been using it for decades, works, doesn't pick up dirt (though it does quickly turn very black!)
Winter/rain bikes - Finish Line wet. Chain WILL still be lubed after a few very wet rides!
Good fix gear - Dumonde Tech. Stays as close to a clean chain as anything I have used. (Haven't gone paraffin yet.)
Haven't done a survey of the scents. As I have issues with solvents (including those of many colognes), getting that acquainted with lubes isn't my thing.

Because it is one of the more ridiculous and labor-intensive chain lubricating methods around.
Personally, I use the ShelBroCo kit for Shimano chains: The ShelBroCo Bicycle Chain Cleaning System

I use motorcycle chain lube, Honda Pro with moly. It is long lasting and is rather cheap. I have had very good luck with this. It doesnt collect dirt either and my chains last as normal. Go to your local Honda shop.

I use liquid wrench chain lube. Spray on with the red straw thing while spinning the cranks, let set a minute then wipe off excess. It's dirt cheap at harbor freight and takes 30 seconds.

I live on the beach - sand everywhere so need my chain to be dry. Lately I actually have been using WD40's dry lube, don't sniff it so like it fine, but am about to run out and its time to try something else...

Bought a 3 pack of Pro Link a few years back (probably due to someone here recommending) and haven't gotten close to going through them. A little bit seems to keep my chain happy for awhile.

Sadly, not a high priority now. I am nursing injuries and my fix gear riding is probably going to be a lifetime low this year. Trying to celebrate 28t cogs and 28t and smaller rings. It's tough. But not waking up at 4am to pain kinda makes it doable.
