Can't ride today. The new TV is being delivered by UPS. Time? Who knows? Sometime before sundown.

I'm still trying to figure out this thing. I hate it when a TV is smarter than me.

LOL...... Kind of funny I was afraid to leave the house this afternoon because UPS was set to deliver $2000.00 worth of parts to build a new PC for a customer. And in my neighborhood its not really a good idea to leave boxes on the porch like that. Not to mention when it rains, it rains sideways in Florida.... lol

Just busy all day really... Just didn't make the time for a ride

But I did get the PC up and running....

Way too windy and Mother Nature has all the blooming plants/flowers/trees on overload.

I took the MTB to the trails, got everything set up and ready to go and noticed my cleats wouldn't click into the pedals. Then I noticed that I had on the shoes with SPD cleats but the bike had Crank Bros. Candy pedals.

I didn't ride today, because I took off of work. Why did I take off? Cause tomorrow I'm riding (as a volunteer course marshall) the annual club's charity ride. Going to ride to the starting point, do the 42 mile loop, and ride home, should end up being over 50 miles. I'm stoked!

Rested today after yesterday's big workout. Made a few adjustments on the Specialized and ordered some new handlebars for it.

It was sunny all day and I was almost mad that I didn't ride to work until the doom started rolling in just before quitting time.

I think that counts more.... Even if you did post in the wrong thread.... LOL I had a trainer for awhile.... but could NOT handle riding on it (back when I was riding a lot more even). I tried NOT looking at the bike pc... that didn't work.. I had to turn the clock around so I could not see it... that didn't work. I tried listing to music while I rode.. NOPE still knew how much time passed... Tried watching tv... nope... Sold the trainer LOL Out on the road.... NO time display, NO distance display.... I look at time and distance when I'm done riding... Only thing that works for me

I'm ready for July so I can get Phil's voice back in my head. Sadly, during the winter he seems to have been replaced by Jeremy Clarkson. "Oh God! Seriously? Is that all you've got?!"

I don't remember scabs hurting so much when I was a kid. Why, oh why does it have to be on a bendy place?

Yep.... ------>But hey road rash always hurts more the second or 3rd day, so you have that to look forward to.... ugggg <-----------

No ride today for me..... BAD headache all day.. It has dulled a bit, long enough to mess around on here for a minute or 3.

<sigh> I got new pedals in the mail today.... But I don't feel like putting them on the bike let alone ride after I put them on....

The constant throbbing means it's healing, right? Urg. Tomorrow is day 5. Guess I'd better HTFU and just ride to work.

Headaches are no joke either. If you don't throw a pill on them in time they can really wreck you.

No ride Friday but I did manage to make it to the bike shop. And just as I thought he didn't have any of the "aero/bladed" spokes.... or whatever you call them. So he ordered some for me.

<thinks to self.... I really need to sell a bike> .....

I have thoughts (right now just thoughts) of getting on the bike in the rain... It went from 92 to about 72... But... I don't really like the lightning... I could have got out for a ride this morning but .... grrrr... I had a job to finish... Person needed their laptop back to get some school work done today... About the time I got the laptop done.... of course it started to rain... and has been raining ever since...
