Will this stem be OK for stock LHT bar?

Its just about what I need [I think], but nowhere does it say what is
the clamp diameter. Any ideas?
I currently have a 75mm 35* but would like the bar a wee bit further -
so would this be fine?

Link doesn't work. Have you tried setting the seat back a bit?
