Ok, so the web site says stuff about sending in pictures and writing essays but doesn't say anything about objective criteria. I'm curious what you have in mind. I don't think I'd want to do the BFL program itself or sign up for their program, though I do have the book and would be interested in comparing results (fat %? lean mass? weight loss?) based on lifting weights and my own dieting ideas separate from the program. Not sure if that's what you had in mind.

It seems like a great diet. My dad did it and lost 20lbs and the food was pretty good as well. Lots of fish
