hammy not too hammy lately

I have a slight twinge center of my left hamstring. It's not painful, but a faint, slight irritation. Generally, what causes this, and what can I do to rehabilitate? I don't want off the bike; want to keep on riding, especially now that the weather is changing. Thanks for the tips to come.

Ciao!

I do not know about your slight twinge but in my case hamstring issues are generally solved by stretching. When I start training again I plan on adding some strength training and stretching for my hamstrings.
