show us your ABs
anybody have great ABs they want to share? as much as mine are improving I'm not bold enough to show them, nor would they make enjoyable viewing to strangers. I suppose this thread could also be to show off other great body parts such as legs.
let's keep this clean of course, OK?

People are always bragging about their "6-pack." Big deal I have a whole keg in there.

I don't really. At least not extreme ABs like those. just thought it would be fun to post here for cyclists. I guess I got the idea after poking around with a Chuck Norris thread yesterday. The shot I saw of him is one where he was showing his ABs but they were normal not extreme. I think people should promote normal healthy and fit ABs with less emphasis on extreme ABs.

There has been enough pictures of my abs I think and there is always some puss nut slob that has something negative to say because they don't have the willpower or dedication to achieve them. That said anyone can have nice abs, it is just a matter of lowering your body fat to see them. Wt resistant abdominal exercises will sculpt you abs but it will mean nothing if you don't lower your body fat.

rock on Timber. speak volumes. we're listening.
I'm doing general fat burning plus weighted and non weighted ab exercises. I'm not going for a 6pack but a girlfriend said she thought maybe she saw signs of one. she's kind.

It is all diet & cardio, I don't drink beer for 1 and I think that helps a great deal. I find most people are not willing to make the sacrifice but in all fairness I don't care for the taste and I do occasionally tip a Molson once in a while. I am almost 50 and my diet has changed with my age based on my Dr's advice. What you eat and how often is what matters most, Cardio is 2nd, abdominal exercise last. in importance. And nothing will change your genetics.
