Is there a bike store in Vancouver who will convert an existing bike to electric drive components like Crystalyte other than JV? Thanks

I just got a recumbent trike and live on Comox near Denman. Will begin to get in shape around stanley park. I can't find suitable saddle bags and am trying stuff From the Dollar Store. Any suggestions? Cheers Bill
