I like to get my wheels from one of a couple local shops that can hand build them to my specs, you should be able to find a good shop locally who can build whatever you need and build it stronger than a similar build from a machine or a less meticulous builder.

For super strong a 3 cross fixed/fixed formula laced to an Alex DA28 will be about as good as it gets and cheaper than a DeepV. A lot of local wheelbuilders or guys I race with who work on the bike swear by those rims. Lighter than a deepV as well
