Are you required to insure your bicycle?
no. Do you have to register your bicycle? Plates, tags? etc?
no. Did you have to pass a test to be allowed to use your bicycle on the streets?
no. Do you pay for parking you bike downtown? probably not.
those darned motorists, they just get all the breaks don't they?
