I have one of those too. Still looks like a shower cap.. A hooded waterproof jacket works the best.. Shower caps allow rain to run down one's neck.
Good point cyclezealot... hooded waterproof works for me too (the duck was meant as a joke... but fit surprisingly well... so it does have potential)
