Time spent in the saddle is far more important than miles. I spend anywhere between 45 to 65 hours a month on my bicycle. For me that is 800 to 1,100 miles a month depending on what kind of riding I am doing.

I did not put down a year because some of us live in cold climates...which anything over 30 degrees and i am game....
