Hi vk,

Though I might seemingly have dismissed the idea of "push" songs, I am a believer. This morning, while feeling good and nowhere near in serious hurt, I was at a stoplight with a mile of unimpeded "push" flat road ahead. A good push song came on the I-pod (What is Life - George Harrison). I re-started it for the road ahead as soon as the light changed.

IMO push songs are effective performance-enhancers and leave no tell-tale residues in the blood stream.
