Despite it's looks, Besik worked very well. 2.125 rims like on cruisers. 2.25 mud tires with 1/2 inch sheetmetal screws as studs. Good float, coulda been better though. Also it was a fixXxed gear and a blast to ride, best braking modulation ever. Front brake was more of a speed controller then a brake.
I like this bike. I have the exact same bike locked up outside my apartment. It gets used to toodle to the grocery store and never travels with a lock. It's so crappy looking and old that nobody ever steals it. I do like the idea of making it fixed, or single speed maybe.
