WTH do you come up with this stuff?
2%? Based on a 2000 calorie/day diet, that's 40 calories from protein. That equates to approx. 10 grams of protein per day. Your body won't be able to maintain itself on such.....protein is used by the immune system, the endocrine glands, and muscle cells. I have never heard anyone suggest less then 70 gms per day of portien, and that's for a sedentary individual.

5% would get you to 100 calories, or 25 gms/day.....still sorely lacking.
