My lady picked this one up for me. As far as I can tell it's been painted and there are no decals left except for one that says "Quartz" and what I'm guessing is a serial number 123456789101112, in roman numerals. Rod brakes on the front and nothing on the back, brooks springer, cottered cranks and a sloping top tube that must have been way before it's time. It's a little small for me but I really dig the patina so I think it might be a keeper. I'll have to rebuild the front hub, there seems to be a pretty persistent "Tick-tick" coming from it. Any ideas of its origins? I'd appreciate any help I can on this one.
