Your problem lies in the fact that there are too many modern MTB's and hybrids on those hooks, and not enough C&V.

About half of that wrack and welter are dump bikes to be worked up over the winter and flipped in the spring. There are 4 early '60s 3-speeds in there as well (Dunelt, Rodin Hood, Raleigh Sports, and a Schwinn of some sort)
And all the ATBs are pre-'93 or so. That IS C&V by mountain bike standards!
