okay - work has me wigging out, (big deadlines, my job is day to day, other stuff) my roommates are causing drama at the house, I'm going to hit it hard over my lunch hour to try to get some of this out.
I'm taking suggestions for "power-hour" workouts, you suggest it, I'll pick one that looks reasonably painful but will leave me functional for the afternoon, and I'll go do it.
60 minutes, vomiting optional, I have both hills and flats available.
