The solution what I've been saying for years, Gene...paint, cycling infrastructure, or driver education, doesn't negate the need for cyclists understanding the rules of the road. Everyone jumps down JF's throat for advocating cyclist education...and for good reason...but one of those good reasons is not that cyclists don't need education.
