Got a pair of bibs for free when a few of us decided to start a racing team for next year (a few of us got free or very heavily discounted bibs).

I get a discount on bikes, and don't get charged extra for tax.

For two of my bikes they put me on a payment plan, but I still got to take the bike home after the initial downpayment.

I've never had to pay for service of any kind. I can also come in and have free reign with the tools and work on my bike myself if I'd like.
