60 minutes of SST today after school. Felt good. Tried to keep power constant, which felt awesome. Once I got off the bike my groin muscles cramped up real bad. They are starting to loosen up now but idk it is an unpleasant experience.
Not sure if I can ride tomorrow, but thursday is 1 hour, 20 minutes on the rollers with 1.5' intervals and friday is probably hill repeats....ugh
