Yeah, the weather is AWESOME. It was in the 70s today!
It gets hotter than hell in the middle of Summer but it is only for about 2 and a half months. The remaining 9-10 months is just perfect.
Yes, the job market sucks and business overall is terrible. I am 100% commission and my sales are down 50%...It's rough.
