Swapping parts is "mostly" universal among frames of that era. I'm not sure if Bianchis have Italian threading. English threading is most common, and I think Italian is close enough that it can be used in some cases, but don't quote me. Seatpost diameter also varies a bit depending on the tubing used.

If you find a new frame, before you buy it, post specific questions in the Classic & Vintage forum, along with good close-up pics of the Bianchi.
