Assuming all your other fit points are kept within acceptable tolerances, changing to a setback seat post will increase the total weight distributed to the back wheel and decrease the weight distributed to the front wheel. This would also require shortening the stem length by the amount that your saddle is moved rearward. A 55%/45% rear/back weight distribution is generally recommended.
