I don't know of many, but one very good one is Ron Boi, who runs RRB Cycles in Kenilworth, Il. North Shore rather than south/west burbs, but he's really really good (a KOF on Classic Rendezvous), and has done some frame work for me.

Try over in the Great Lakes subforum, they may know of a good one in your area of Metro Chi, but they seem to be mainly North Siders and north/northwest 'burbs.
