I just started putting some intensity into my intervals the last week or so, and looking back at my downloads from last spring Im like "damn, I cant believe I was doing that!"
Over my 'off' season I lost approx. 15% from my FTP, and right now that feels like a lot
So I hope my form sneaks back up on me.
Dang. If I lost 50 watts off of my FTP... actually I don't want to to think about something that awful.
