never seen one before, but it sure looks like a Swiss version of some mid/low grade Peugeots and Motobecanes of around the early '80s. Best bet would be to find the date codes on any of the Japanese components: I think you have JP shifters at least, tho the rest may be EU stuff...hard to tell.
