The seat is in a bit better shape than the scuffing shows, but it's rather wide. I'll probably swap it for a narrower seat, but here again include the original with the sale so the customer can swap around.
I'd leave them on. Experience flipping a lot of little bikes has taught me that the folks that fit these bikes have small hands, and like the levers. They are actually a selling point in many cases.
