I would be serious if I didn't have a conscience.... ummm... wife.... to guide me away from such follies. Otherwise I'd be overrun with bikes (I mean worse than I already am). In other words, I think I'll pass on this one. Unless you want to give it aw-. No, I really shouldn't. The wife would give me too much guff if I got this one.

Clean it up and sell it on CL for $50. It's worth at least that much, even a Murray.
