Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC

Ciocc was one of my my Italian dream bike back in the 80's. I remember feeling like I was in a trance when I encountered the Ciocc framesets hanging in the LBS near the University I went to. I tapped on the bare Ciocc, Guerciotti, Gios Torino and Masi frames just to listen to the lovely ringing tones I hear from them. I always prefered the graphics on the dark colored (green?, sorry I'm a bit color blind) Cioccs over al the other Italian bike colors back then.
But If I did get a chance or had enough money to get myself back then and now a "proper" Ciocc, it would certainly not made with the middling "Aelle" tubing. Columbus "SLX" will be my only choice!, of course!
Still love classic Cioccs......despite their "quick release" paint jobs.
