Relax, if it hasn't cracked already, you're probably good to go. Those rails are what, 9.2mm thick (I'm just guessing 9.2mm on your saddle)?
As long as you aren't totally torquing the bolt, you are probably somewhere in the vicinity of 5-7Nm already.
