Never done a header, and no real plans to . Paying attention is the best way to prevent that. Never a dull moment to say the least.

Small pegs in the back help for mounting / dismounting. It's quite a different story loaded though. With a rack (like the picture), the amount of foot-room for mounting is about 2cm. With spine-mounted gear, the peg is fully functional, but you must swing your leg around the gear -_-.
