When they discover too late that tension on a single true wheel tends to vary from 76 kgf all the way up to 156 kgf - they have to stop selling rims and stick with providing wheels only (so they can eliminate the bad rims themselves.)

With a few exceptions - for around the town commutes rims - they'll suffice. Otherwise, performance buyers beware. The el cheapo Schwinns and Mongooses at Target/WalMart use 'em alot.

=8-)
Please, can you explain it. Also How can i find tension parameter for the wheel? What is providing wheel?
Also how do wheels depend on height of rim.(I know weight will depend, but what about roll)
Thank you
