I've had a rough couple of weeks, but have my weight going in the right direction again. I'm down to 261 for a total weight loss of 95 pounds. Ran my first mile in 20 years today.
Sunday washed house and deck.
Monday weight train back, sholders and biceps/ ab work in morning
Tuesday morning spin/ afternoon run/walk
Wed. morning abs/ afternoon weight train legs
Thursday Ride 10 miles/am abs
Friday Weight train chest and triceps
Sat Ride 20 miles
