Is 41mm really enough to feel an aero advantage over a 30mm rim? (I'm currently using Easton Vistas). FWIW I can't feel any aero difference between 30mm Vistas and Aksiums.
Also, as much as I would love to get custom wheels, they are out of the question due to the stupid UCI wheel regulations which are pretty strictly enforced here. Since S4.0s are an aluminium rim, they are exempt from the prohibitions.
