I'd put some Breezer's or other fully stocked transportation bikes in every store, surrounded by displays showing how bikes can be used for transportation.

I'd market panniers, grocery style and others with print and TV ads--perhaps during a Super Bowl--why not? They are the key to utilizing bikes the right way, imo. Reduce waste--gas and plastic/paper bags. Shop locally. So many benefits yet few do.

I'd organize an annual silly race of utility bikes carrying big loads.

I'd pay someone to do some analysis of all the gas, money and time wasted by helicopter parents driving their younguns to school, while depriving them of their independence, and find the calories they'd be burning if they road themselves to show mom's and dad's why their not so little sweet Suzie or Stevie is so chubby.
