Agreed, and let's not forget that some also blamed the driver of the Impala for not getting out of the way of the wrong way truck in her lane. How is she at fault? How is the cyclist at fault? The only one who is at fault here is the driver of the pickup truck. But we all know that he'll blame everyone but himself and probably will be believed and given a slap on the wrist as punishment.
