Blah, I'm still at a toss up as to compact vs double. I figure that hopefully the LBS will have a compact *and* a double in my size and I can just test ride both. It is from my understanding that a compact will be easier for the hills, whereas a double requires more strength. I consider myself a pretty decent climber with a compact, so then would that imply that I would be fine with a full sized double and then just get even stronger as a result of the bigger rings?
