Probably not, after all it's the bicycle that makes it "relevant" to some. To your list we need to add broke down car, or motorcycle.

We know the speed limits, we know the speed of sound, we even know the speed of light; but how can we even MEASURE the speed of stupid?
And what's scarier is that these are the same people who are being issued drivers licenses.
