You are going to have to get some stealth cycling gear. Stuff that absorbs radar rather than reflecting it. Maybe some all black gear made out of a soft fiber, like a microfiber. Get one of the stretch covers for your helmet. Wrap your handlebars with black foam tape.

Of course wearing all black would make you harder to see in all of that mist in the NW. You might get run over, but at least you won't be embarrassed.
