Superior, no, safe yes. I should be able to walk down a center city side walk without getting mowed down. Same with right of way in a cross walk. I shouldn't have to jump out the way of a wrong way cyclist, usually a messenger, on a side walk. More so, being forced into the street by one. Yet, I've had to do all these things. You are upset with me because i agree there is a problem and i see who is most to blame for that problem.
