What surprised me was the self-proclaimed cyclists advocating for insurance, taxing and licensing for bikes.
Typical(not you), Regardless of whos' fault it is, they zero in on the cyclist and, blame the cyclist. Because, They are more concerned with getting somewhere ASAP, PDQ, while not thinking about getting somewhere, in a less environmentally-destructive manner.
