Almost all the mixtes I've handled have been 17" or 19". Those seem to be the popular sizes, or at least the most commonly made. That being said, I have had 21" frames pass through my hands, including a very pretty NOS Legnano frame set that I built up with Shimano 105 and sold. They're out there.....
