Cold and misty this morning, but good riding weather except for keeping your eyeglasses clear. We had about 1" of rain yesterday, so I drove. Needed a break anyway, as I rode 80+ miles over the weekend. I'm hoping to get in a lot of rides over the long Thanksgiving weekend to raise my monthly total over 600 miles for the first time since April.

I've been think the weather has been awfully rainy in NC this fall, and the local TV weatherman last night said Raleigh, NC, has had quite a few more rainy days this year than Seattle, WA. Although we typically get as much or more rain than Seattle, we usually have a lot fewer rainy days. Typically our rain comes in big spurts during thunderstorms, but this year we have had a lot of days when it mists and drizzles without a lot of accumulation.
