I do like the older version, which I have used since 2004. Perhaps the old one was not supported by the software maker any more? Otherwise, I would not be at all sad to see this wonderful board go back to the old style.

I do agree that the shorter pages makes for posts going cold or dead much faster as I too would not go back much further than two pages.
