I tend to switch my workout routine. I spend more time in the weight room, and less time on the road. And, as much as I hate it, it's the only time of year that I ride the indoor trainer. I've found that if I push through this shorter, colder days stuff, I have more energy and an overall better attitude. But, the confession is that I must push through it. Winter is less than my favorite time of year. We've been luck so far with warmer than usual temperatures here in SE Pennsylvania, but the darkness still gets to me.
