Here's what I've done for my wifes bikes:

Orbea- not really that much, added a Terry Damselfly (black), and Vcgraphix name sticker where the color of the flowers match the bike

The handlebars are Deda Alanera, the bar tape Deda, the bottle cages Rav-X, all has blue accents that matches the bike.

Scott CR1 Contessa; Already a carbon/pink/white bike, but we added Terry Damselfly (pink), Deda bar tape (pink), Hüdz pink replacement hoods. Again, name stickers with color matching flowers. And she found a saddle pack (under saddle, for tube/tire levers) that is black with pink fur on it (yes, the bike does look very pro, but that saddle pack just makes me laugh every time I see it!)

All in all, make sure that you color match everything and that it's functional and comfortable, and you will have a very happy wife. Remeber, the Holidays are coming up, so this might be the perfect time to do some upgrades!
