The Club was Fuji's entry level racer during the mid and late 1980s. I'm not aware of it being offered with 24" wheels. However, during this period there was a Junior model offered with 24" wheels in a 17" boy's or girl's frame. If I recall correctly, the Fuji catalogs did not provide dimensions for these framse, other than the size, so your best bet is have the seller measure the stand-over height and other pertinent dimensions.
